Indications:

For Skin:

  • Cleansing, moisturizing, toning, and nourishing.
  • Suggested blends:
    • Til Oil or Aloe Vera Gel or Cucumber Gel (Dr. Jain's)
    • Til Oil 50 ml + Ylang Ylang Oil 20 drops + Wheatgerm Oil 5 ml
    • Ylang Ylang Oil 2 drops + Wheatgerm Oil 1 ml

For Scalp:

  • Treats dandruff and promotes hair growth.
  • Adds glow to hair when used as a final rinse (2 drops in 200 ml of water).

For Circulation:

  • Reduces high blood pressure and palpitations.

Directions for Use:

Bath (low dosage): Add 2-4 drops to a bucket of warm water.
Massage Oil (low dosage): Mix 10 drops per 50 ml of base oil. Avoid if you have sensitive skin.

Caution:
Use in moderation. It may irritate sensitive skin. Avoid during pregnancy.

General Instructions for Aromatherapy Oils:

  1. Massage:
    Mix 10-30 drops of aromatherapy oil in a base oil (e.g., Til oil, corn oil) for full body or localized massage. Use Dr. Jain's Aloe Vera Liquid, Aloe Vera Gel, or Cucumber Gel for preparation.

  2. Water Method:

    • Baths: Add 2-4 drops to a bucket of warm water (approx. 25 liters).
    • Compress: Add 1 drop per 100 ml water. Immerse a cloth in hot or cold water as needed, and apply it to the affected area for 10 minutes. Repeat 3-4 times. Use hot water for muscle aches and cold for sprains or headaches. Alternatively, make a paste with Dr. Jain's Wonder Mitti, add a few drops of oil, apply, cover, and wash after 30 minutes.
  3. Room Method:
    Add 2-4 drops to a vaporizer for a fresh atmosphere. Alternatively, add 4 drops to 200 ml water in a spray bottle or to cleaning water for floors and surfaces.
