Alarsin's Bangshil Tablets is an ayurvedic formula made to assist with various bleeding conditions. Its ingredients are beneficial for gums, piles, Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding (DUB), and post-abortion bleeding. It also helps with intermenstrual spotting, menorrhagia, and pain. Plus, the herb-mineral combination drug has coagulant and hemostatic capabilities, which decreases clotting time to 78 seconds in 60 minutes. It's nonhormonal and harmless, requiring no special precautions, and is easy to use.

Dosage:

• Capillary hemorrhages in any part of the body: Bleeding gums, Piles, Epistaxis, Purpura, Haematemesis, Haemoptysis: 2 tabs three times a day till bleeding is controlled. Then as and when required.
• Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding: Menorrhagia, Metrorrhagia, Metropathia hemorrhagic, Pubertal and Menopausal bleeding, etc.: 2 tabs three or four times a day till bleeding is controlled. Then two tabs twice a day for three months to restore the normal rhythm of the menstrual cycle.
• Post-abortion, puerperal, and D & C Bleeding: 2 tabs. Thrice a day from the day loop is inserted for two weeks. Then two tabs twice a day for 1-2 months.
• Bleeding after loop (IUCD) insertion: 2 tabs thrice a day from the day loop is inserted for two weeks. Then two tabs twice a day, starting five days before the expected date of menstruation and continuing during menses. Treatment is to be repeated for 2-3 cycles.
• Chronic and Resistant Cases: To derive the full benefit of the treatment, continue Ayapon 2 tabs thrice a day for three months.
• Supportive Therapy: Ayapon 1-2 tabs thrice a day is excellent supportive therapy for hormonal and surgical measures.
