Traditionally Amalaki/Amla is used in Ayurveda for its high vitamin C content. The juice of Amalaki bears has about 20 times more vitamin C than orange juice. Due to this, it is an excellent medicine for the natural treatment of colds and coughs. It has antibacterial and astringent properties and protects against infection. Amalaki (Emblica Officinalis/Phyllanthus Emblica) is also called Indian Gooseberry. It boosts the immune system and acts as an antioxidant that helps to eliminate free radicals. It detoxifies the digestive system and gastrointestinal tract and reduces acidity. It promotes longevity and is anti-aging.

Dosage: 

1-2 tablets daily or as directed by the physician
