Dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation) is a prevalent and disturbing condition in women. Painful cramps, sharp pain in the lower abdomen, back pain, and even severe pain in the limbs affect these women badly in their daily lives.

Indications: 

• Dysmenorrhoea.
• Cramping pains.

Dosage: 

• In severe pain and labor pains: frequently administer ten drops in some water every ¼ to ½ hour.
• Give 10-15 drops every 1-2 hours as improvement sets in.
• In dysmenorrhoea, give 10-15 drops in some water 2-3 times a day over extended periods.

• Viburnum opulus: Lower abdominal spasm extending in the thighs. Irregular menses.
