Dr. Reckeweg R40 - Diaglucon Diabetes Drops is a homeopathic medicine that can effectively treat secondary symptoms of diabetes such as excessive thirst, itching, lack of appetite, depression, and agitation with its proprietary blend of herbs. Dosage:  

As a prolonged cure, 3 times daily, 10-15 drops in a bit of water before meals.
