Dr. Reckeweg R23 is a homeopathic medicine that can be used to treat both acute and chronic skin conditions such as eczema, pimples, herpes, rashes, and eschar. Ingredients:

MODE OF ACTION OF MAIN INGREDIENTS:

• Apis mellifica: Oedematous and erysipelatous circumscribed swelling, stabbing inflammation of serous coat, itching dermatosis.
• Arsen. Alb.: Dryness of the skin with the formation of scales, eczema with the appearance of blisters turning into pustules and eschar. Dandruff. Thick, scaly eczema of the scalp with stinking pus.
• Rhus Tox.: Erysipelatous skin, the formation of reddish blisters. Erythema turns rapidly into blisters, often accompanied by edema—the formation of pus and eschar. The skin around the eczema is red and inflamed.

Dosage:

In the morning and evening, 10-15 drops in some water for extended periods.
